    On the other hands, when people have high stress they don't want to do anything. I am not so surprise when people have high stress, because of extra hard work. Working 8 hours each day is not adequate for some people and can add additional hours to meet the deadline or simply show off to boss.

    Another problem that can cause lack of family time is taking our jobs to home. We cannot make office environment is similar like our house environment. After we arrive at home, we will be alone finishing the project when our family has conversation outside room.

    Therefore we need to set up what is our first priority in life. Build up a plan is vital to ensure we can surrender our time in favor of our beloved one, if it is our priority. Do your job at office and spend your time with family at home. If you cannot finish your work today, you still have time tomorrow.

    If we can reduce our stress, we will more open with our family. Our relations with our relatives will be improved. Therefore we will feel different and your family will see the different too. If we have excitement to keep on with family, encourage ourselves to accomplish our entire project in office.

    Maybe you still don't understand why you should spend time together with family to get happier life. Essentially, if we cannot handle our own stress it could generate another dilemma that could damage our family. This harmful trouble will involve anyone in family including us.

    Stress will change our attitude. Stress can make us easily get emotion for any circumstances that possibly we don't require to. It could modify our family temper. Very low mood will cause our beloved family cannot perform well on any action. The major sufferer of our stress could be our beloved children. Our children will become the victim who feels pain in their future.

    Here's some dilemma that our kids possibly have if we cannot handle our stress
    1. Our kids will memorize every moment in our house.
    2. Our kids' school activities will get affect.
    3. Our children will lack of our guidance.
    4. We don't train our kids regarding discipline.

    Whenever our stress increases, we will act strangely. They will learn our behavior and sometime they could follow what we did. Furthermore, we possibly poison our kids' intelligence. Our kids' mindset can be destroyed after experiencing harmful condition at home.

    It could be worst if our kids will copy our behavior and react similar to our bad behavior. We show and educate them about bad personality indirectly. Our kids will interact badly and won't connect with other people. Their class mate and boss won't like them and their love one will leave them.

    When our kids learn at school, they need focus for what they learn. They possibly cannot understand complex subject that their teacher educate them. In the end, our kids will not learn anything at school and they will lose some important knowledge that valuable for their future.

    Other than that, your children cannot follow any activities that happen in their school. These activities could be their favorite kind of activities, but their stress will make them feel bored to do activities. No matter how potential your kids really are, without concentration they cannot acquire their highest performance.

    Every parent has responsible to lead their children each day. So they can separate between good and evil. Since in their live to the future, they should step their foot in better path to have bright career. If the parents don't provide the lead, their children will lost and find lead from their environment.

    You need to worries if your children get guidance from people around them. If those people are still your family, it is still good. How about if those people are not your family and they don't really care about your children future.

    Keep in mind, people around us can give bad effect to our family. We need to avoid our children from forbidden drug. The use of drug could be influenced by their environment. We recognize how illegal drug can tear down our living. Therefore we need to tell our children how drug can break their life.

    Discipline is required by anyone to get success in the future. Quite impossible for us achieve what we dream of without self-discipline. If we lack of discipline, we don't have motivation and will not make a schedule to finish our task. That's why we will keep on working to achieve our goal.

    Our kids should have discipline when they are very young. Personally, when our child is young, it is easier to brainwash them to learn about self-control. We can brainwash our kids by performing an example to them everyday when we perform some tasks. Our kids will follow an example we gave did to perform some task, until they are good at it.

    Is it possible to enjoy our life with family? Yes, you can find ton of systems. Our house is a key source of our life. We can get bright future or sorrow depends on our house condition. Actually our culture made at our home. Our kids could easily get an effect if we do not create enjoyable condition at home.

    Stress generator is not limited from the job we have in office. The personalities of parents also become the reason of having pressure. The parents should give an example of a good attitude and behavior in their life.

    A bad connection between wife and husband can cause a broken family. Our kids will stress if see us as parent fighting each other. The only way to fix this condition, the parents must be patient when there is a problem in family and finish the problem without getting angry.

    It is essential to have communication among family members. Don't let your kids copy a bad behavior from other people. Explain to your kids the consequences they will get for what they did. It is not a problem if our kids don't understand it straight away.

    Keep conversations flowing will amplify the understanding between parents. The parents should be able to discuss in a calm way to finish any problem. We don't have to increase our temper for any bad condition. Anger will not finish any problem, it only can move problem to other place.

    - If I get mad it's because I choose to be. No one can change your state of mind unless you choose to let it happen. If you get upset you choose to feel that way.

    - I am in control of my communication. When we choose to argue and fight we are choosing to damage our relationships. If you can't seem to make a point without getting heated or angry then maybe you should look into anger management.

    On the same note if you have a person that can't seem to have a disagreement without screaming and yelling you have only two choices. You can participate in the yelling or you can choose not to. When you choose not to it is best to say:

    "I cannot have this discussion with you if you choose to yell and scream. When you calm down enough to speak to me in a reasonable tone we can continue."

    This way you are being respectful and not avoiding the issue. Ultimately, we must realize that to stop arguing we have to control what WE can control. Which is our own behavior.
